  • જે ઉમેદવારોને ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં BAMS/BHMS કોર્સીસ ની સીટ એલોટ કરવામાં આવેલ છે, અને ત્યારબાદ તેઓ ધ્વારા કોલેજની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરી અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવી એડમીશન ઓર્ડર મેળવી પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ ઉમેદવારો BAMS/BHMS કોર્સ માટે જો પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા એક્ષટેન્ડેડ ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ યોજવામાં આવે તો તેમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક રહેશે નહી. અને બાકી રહેલ ઉમેદવારો ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડમાં ઓનલાઈન કન્સેન્ટ આપી ચોઈસ ભરેલ હશે, તેવા ઉમેદવારોને જ બાકી રહેલ સીટો માટે લાયક ગણવામાં આવશે.
  • એક્ષટેન્ડેડ ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અથવા નવી ચોઈસ ભરવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. ઉમેદવારની ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં ભરેલ ચોઈસને જ ધ્યાને લઇ તે મુજબ જ ઓનલાઇન એલોટમેન્ટ કરી પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.
  • The Admission Committee informs that Choice filling for 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round has been started. To participate in this round, the candidate has to give “ONLINE CONSENT” from his log in and fill the new choices again. All the old filled choices of the candidate have been cancelled & removed. If any seats in BAMS/BHMS courses remain vacant in the fourth online (Stray Vacancy) Round, an extended fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be conducted by the admission committee.
  • Candidates who have freshly registered or are registering for the 4th online (Stray Vacancy) Round of UG BAMS/BHMS Counselling from 09/11/2025 onwards will be included in the merit list after successful document verification, subject to eligibility. Choice filling will be allowed only after the merit list is published on 12/11/2025. The last date for choice filling for UG BAMS/BHMS is 14/11/2025, up to 10:00 AM.
  • Candidates who have been allotted seat for BAMS/BHMS courses in the fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round and thereafter have not paid the prescribed tuition fees of the college and have not deposited the original certificates at the Help Center of the Admission Committee i.e. admission has not been confirmed, their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and these candidates will not be eligible to participate in the Extended Fourth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round for BAMS/BHMS courses conducted by the Admission Committee.
  • Candidates who have been allotted seats of BAMS/BHMS courses in 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round & they have confirmed their admission (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC). These candidates will not be eligible to participate in the Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round if conducted by the Admission Committee. If any seat remains vacant, the remaining candidates who have filled their choices after giving “Online Consent” in 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, will be considered eligible for the remaining seats.
  • In Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, no new registration or new choice filling will be allowed by the Admission Committee. Online allotment will be done by considering the choices filled by the candidate in 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.

ખાસ નોંધ:

  • MCC દ્વારા AIQ UG MEDICAL/DENTAL ના ચોથા સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડનું એલોટમેન્ટ ની તારીખ ૧૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ છે. AIQ UG MEDICAL/DENTAL નાં ચોથા સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડમાં એલોટ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સ્ટેટ કાઉન્સેલિંગનાં ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માંથી વીડ આઉટ કરવાના હોવાથી AIQ UG MEDICAL/DENTALનાં ચોથા સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડનું અલોટમેન્ટ થયા બાદ MCC, ન્યુ દિલ્લી થી વીડ આઉટ કરવા માટેની લીસ્ટ મળ્યા પછી જ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય ની પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા UG MEDICAL/DENTAL ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માટેનું અલોટમેન્ટ કરી શકાશે.
  • આથી એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ નોંધ લેવી કે જેમણે UG MBBS/BDS અને UG BAMS/BHMS માટે એક જ યુઝર IDથી રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરેલ છે અને જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ UG MBBS/BDS ના ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ તેમજ UG BAMS/BHMS ના ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડની કાઉન્સેલિંગમાં ભાગ લે છે, તેમને જણાવી દેવામાં આવે છે કે:
  • જો MCC દ્વારા AIQ UG MEDICAL/DENTAL ના ચોથા સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડનાં એલોટમેન્ટ ની તારીખ લંબાવવામાં આવશે એટલે કે એલોટમેન્ટ ૧૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ નાં રોજ થશે નહિ તો UG BAMS/BHMS ના ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડનું એલોટમેન્ટ કરવામાં આવશે. જો UG BAMS/BHMS ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડમાં તેમને કોઈ બેઠક ફાળવવામાં આવે છે, તો તેઓ UG MBBS/BDS ના ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લઈ શકતા નથી.
  • એકવાર UG BAMS/BHMS ના ચોથા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડમાં ફાળવવામાં આવેલી બેઠક કન્ફર્મ થઈ જાય પછી, કોઈપણ પરિસ્થિતિમાં આ બેઠકને રદ કરવી શક્ય રહેશે નહીં.

Important Note:

  • The date of allotment for the AIQ UG Medical/Dental Fourth Stray Vacancy Round by MCC is 12/11/2025. Since the candidates allotted seats in the AIQ UG Medical/Dental Fourth Stray Vacancy Round will be weeded out from the State Counseling 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, the Gujarat State Admission Committee can carry out the UG Medical/Dental 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round allotment only after receiving the weed-out list from MCC, New Delhi, following the completion of the AIQ allotment.
  • Therefore, students who have registered for both UG MBBS/BDS and UG BAMS/BHMS using the same user ID, and who are participating in both the UG MBBS/BDS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round and UG BAMS/BHMS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round counseling, are hereby informed that:
  • If the AIQ UG Medical/Dental Fourth Stray Vacancy Round allotment date is extended (i.e., if the allotment does not take place on 12/11/2025), then the UG BAMS/BHMS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round allotment will proceed as scheduled.
  • If such candidates are allotted a seat in the UG BAMS/BHMS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, they will not be eligible to participate in the UG MBBS/BDS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
  • Once a seat allotted in the UG BAMS/BHMS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


Advertisement for First/Second/Third Round Admission Cancellation, Fourth ROUND BAMS/BHMS REGISTRATION 2025

  • દરેક વર્ષે સામાન્ય રીતે MBBS/BDSની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા, BAMS/BHMS કરતાં વહેલી પૂર્ણ થતી હોય છે. પરંતુ વર્તમાન શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ (૨૦૨૫-૨૬)માં MBBS/BDS રાઉન્ડ 03નું શેડ્યૂલ અનેક વખત લંબાવવામાં આવ્યું છે, જ્યારે AACCC/ NCISM/ NCH, આયુષ મિનિસ્ટ્રી, ન્યુ દિલ્લી, ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા BAMS/BHMS રાઉન્ડ 03 નું શેડ્યૂલ લંબાવવામાં આવ્યું નથી અને રાબેતા મુજબ ૩૦ ઓક્ટોબર, ૨૦૨૫ નાં રોજ પૂર્ણ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આથી ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ રાઉન્ડ-૦૩ સુધી BAMS/BHMS માં પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ હોવાથી MBBS/BDS રાઉન્ડ ૦૩ ની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા માં ભાગ લઈ શક્યા ન હતા અત્યારે આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ જે BAMS/BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમ માં રાઉન્ડ ૦૩ સુધી ચાલુ રહેલ પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરાવવા માંગે છે. આ અંગેની રજૂઆત કમિટી / સંસ્થાઓ તેમજ સરકારશ્રી માં કરી રહેલ છે.
  • ગુજરાત એડમિશન કમિટીએ BAMS/BHMS રાઉન્ડ 03 માં એલોટ થયેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે HDFC બેન્ક માં ઓફ લાઇન ફી ભરવા માટે ૨૭/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી ૨૯/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે રીપોર્ટિંગ માટેનું શેડ્યૂલ ૨૮/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ થી ૩૦/૧૦/૨૦૨૫ સુધી રાખેલ હતો, જે દરમિયાન ગુજરાત આ અનેક જગ્યાએ કમોસમી વરસાદ અને વાતાવરણ ની પરિસ્થિતિ કથળેલી હોવાથી ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ફી ભરી શક્યા નથી/ અથવા હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર રીપોર્ટિંગ કરી શક્યા નથી, એમના નામનો સમાવેશ નોન રીપોર્ટેડ (સીક્યુરીટી ડીપોઝીટ ફોરફીટ થયેલ છે) વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યાદીમાં સામેલ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે અને એવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને આગળના રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા દેવામાં આવવાના નથી
  • આવા ઘણા બધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ BAMS/BHMS નાં આગળ ના સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે કમિટી / સરકારશ્રી માં રજૂઆત કરેલ છે.
  • અત્યારે હાલમાં AACCC/NCISM/NCH, આયુષ મીનીસ્ટ્રી, ભારત સરકાર દ્વારા નિયત કરેલ પ્રવેશ કાર્યક્રમ મુજબ ચોથો રાઉન્ડ કે જ્યાં સુધી સીટ ભરાય ત્યાં સુધી ના વધારાના ઓનલાઈન રાઉન્ડ કરવા માટે તા. ૦૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ થી ૨૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ સુધી સમય ગાળો દર્શાવેલ છે અને રિપોર્ટિંગ ની છેલ્લી તારીખ ૨૭/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ દર્શાવેલ છે.
  • ઉપરોક્ત પ્રવેશ કાર્યક્રમને ધ્યાને રાખીને તેમજ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિવિધ રજુઆતોને ધ્યાને લઈ નીચે મુજબની પ્રવેશ કાર્યવાહી ચોથા રાઉન્ડમાં કરવાનું નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યું :
    • (૧) જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ BAMS / BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમમાં રાઉન્ડ-૦૩ સુધી પ્રવેશ ચાલુ રાખ્યો છે અને પોતાનો પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરાવવા ઇચ્છે છે, તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી ** તા. ૧૦/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ થી ૧૨/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ દરમિયાન સાંજે ૦૪:૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી** કરવામાં આવશે। પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરાવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો તેમને ** તા. ૨૭/૧૧/૨૦૨૫ પછી** અથવા તો MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Nursing & Allied Courses ની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ — બંનેમાં જે તારીખ મોડું થાય તે તારીખ પછી — પરત આપવામાં આવશે।આ બાબત ખાસ નોંધનીય છે કે, પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરાવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ આગામી કોઈપણ રાઉન્ડ (MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Nursing & Allied Courses) માટે અયોગ્ય ગણાશે અને આવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સીક્યુરીટી ડીપોઝીટ ફોરફીટ થશે. પ્રવેશ રદ્દ કરવાની કાર્યવાહી માટેનું નિર્ધારિત ફોર્મેટ એડમિશન કમિટીની વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ છે

  • Every year, the MBBS/BDS admission process is usually completed earlier than that of BAMS/BHMS. However, in the current academic year (2025–26), the MBBS/BDS Round 03 schedule has been extended multiple times, whereas the AACCC/NCISM/NCH under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, New Delhi, did not extend the BAMS/BHMS Round 03 schedule, which was completed as per the routine on 30th October 2025.
  • As a result, many students who had confirmed their admission in BAMS/BHMS up to Round 03 were unable to participate in the MBBS/BDS Round 03 admission process. At present, such students who wish to cancel their BAMS/BHMS admission up to Round 03 have submitted representations to the Committee/Institutions and the Government regarding this matter.
  • The Gujarat Admission Committee had scheduled offline fee payment for BAMS/BHMS Round 03 at HDFC Bank from 27/10/2025 to 29/10/2025, and reporting at Help Centers from 28/10/2025 to 30/10/2025. During this period, due to unseasonal rainfall and adverse weather conditions in many parts of Gujarat, several students were unable to pay the fees or report at the Help Centers. Their names have been included in the non-reported candidates list (whose security deposits have been forfeited), and such students are not eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.Many of these students have made representations to the Committee/Government requesting permission to participate in the upcoming Stray Vacancy Round for BAMS/BHMS.
  • Currently, as per the admission schedule prescribed by the AACCC/NCISM/NCH, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the fourth round or additional online rounds (till seats are filled) are to be conducted from 06/11/2025 to 22/11/2025, with the last date for reporting being 27/11/2025.
  • Considering the above admission schedule and various representations received from students, the following admission actions have been decided for the Fourth Round:
    • (1) Students who have continued their admission in the BAMS / BHMS course up to Round-03 and wish to cancel their admission may do so between 10/11/2025 and 12/11/2025, up to 4:00 PM. The original certificates of such students will be returned after 27/11/2025 or after the completion of the admission process of MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Nursing & Allied Courses, whichever is later. It should be noted carefully that students who cancel their admission will be ineligible for participation in any subsequent rounds of MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS / Nursing & Allied Courses and the security deposit of such students will be forfeited. The prescribed format for admission cancellation is available on the Admission Committee’s official website.
    • (2) Students who, for any reason, were unable to pay the fees or report at the Help Center in Round 03 — and whose names are included in the non-reported candidates list (security deposit forfeited) — will be allowed to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round-04 with new registration and deposit.]

  • If he/she is allotted any seat in the UG BAMS/BHMS 3rd round, he/she not eligible for participation in the UG MBBS/BDS 3rd round.
  • Once the allotted seat of UG BAMS/BHMS 3rd round is confirmed, cancellation of the confirmed seat will not be permitted under any circumstances.

  • After giving allotment to all reserved category candidates to reserved seats, reserved category seats are transferable to unreserved category seats. This process will be done at the time of allotment of the 2nd Round. E.g., from NRI quota to Management quota and from SC, ST, SEBC, EWS to General (Open) category, from PwD Quota to respective category. All candidates are requested to follow the choice filling of counselling as per his/her desire with/without considering the seat matrix available on website.

Note: 1. As per the letter from the Dean, NAMO Medical Education & Research Institute, Sail Road, Silvassa, dated 07/07/2025, the 8 MBBS seats under the Gujarat quota have been discontinued from the academic year 2025-26. Therefore, students from the Union Territories of Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli who have passed Std. 10th and 12th from boards other than the Gujarat Board, and who either have domicile of Gujarat or were born in Gujarat, are not eligible for admission to any course.
