• આથી પ્રવેશ સમિતિ જણાવે છે કે જે ઉમેદવારોએ રાઉન્ડ-૦૧/૦૨ માં UG મેડિકલ એન્ડ ડેન્ટલ (MBBS/BDS) અભ્યાસક્રમો માટે પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે. (દા.ત. એચડીએફસી બેંકની નિયુક્ત શાખામાં ફી ભરીને અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવીને પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે) અને જો તેઓ પોતાનો રાઉન્ડ 01/02 નો પ્રવેશ રદ કરવા માગે છે. તો તેઓ તારીખ ૦૯/૧૦/૨૦૨૬ ના રોજ સવારે ૧૦.૦૦ વાગ્યા થી સાંજે 0૪.૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાં જે હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર પોતાના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવેલ છે ત્યાં જઈ પોતાનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરી શકે છે.
  The Admission Committee hereby informs that candidates who have confirmed their admission in the UG Medical and Dental (MBBS/BDS) courses in Round-01/02 (i.e., confirmed their admission by paying the prescribed fee at the designated branch of HDFC Bank and submitting their original certificates/documents at the Help Center) and wish to cancel their Round-01/02 admission, may do so by visiting the same Help Center where they had submitted their original certificates/documents. Such candidates may cancel their admission on 09/10/2026, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• After giving allotment to all reserved category candidates to reserved seats, reserved category seats are transferable to unreserved category seats. This process will be done at the time of allotment of the 2nd Round. E.g., from NRI quota to Management quota and from SC, ST, SEBC, EWS to General (Open) category, from PwD Quota to respective category. All candidates are requested to follow the choice filling of counselling as per his/her desire with/without considering the seat matrix available on website.

  The choice filling facility is available for all Ayurveda and Homoeopathy undergraduate colleges. The seats of only those colleges that obtain permission from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) / National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi, before the prescribed deadline for completion of choice filling (in case of conditional permission, the required compliance must have been completed), and also obtain affiliation from the concerned University, will be included in the seat allotment process.

• A candidate who has secured admission under these rules in any year shall also be eligible for admission to any course if he pays total fees as determined by the Fee Regulatory Committee for entire course which he / she is pursuing presently and thereupon the concerned institute shall require to issue the “No Objection Certificate” and return original documents. The candidate shall require to submit the same to the Admission Committee to consider him / her for new admission at the time of counselling.
