if you have domicile certificate verified by the domicile verification committee of respective district and still found your name in absent list then send us the copy of verified domicile certificate [ જો તમારી પાસે તમારું ડોમીસાઇલ પ્રમાણપત્ર વેરીફાય કરાવેલ હોય છતાં પણ તમારું નામ ગેર હાજર યાદી માં હોય તો તમારા વેરીફાય ડોમીસાઇલ પ્રમાણપત્ર ની નકલ નો ઈ મેલ કમિટી ને કરવા નો રહેશે.]

The following students were absent for the verification of their ‘Domicile Certificate’ by ‘Domicile Certificate Verification Committee’ of the respective District. If they have verified their ‘Domicile Certificate’ by ‘Domicile Certificate Verification Committee’, please send e-mail on medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com with scanned copies of (i) Verified Domicile Certificate and (ii) Acknowledgement Slip of ACPUGMEC, till 27/07/2018, 4.00 pm. Otherwise their admission/allotment of the 1st round of will be cancelled and these students will be disqualified (removed from the Merit-List) from the further process of admission thru’ ACPUGMEC. [નીચે દર્શાવેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ સંબંધિત જિલ્લાની ‘ડોમિસાઈલ સર્ટિફિકેટ વેરિફિકેશન કમિટી’ દ્વારા તેમના ‘ડોમિસાઈલ સર્ટિફિકેટ' ની ચકાસણી માટે ગેરહાજર હતા. જો તેઓએ ‘ડોમિસાઈલ સર્ટિફિકેટ' ની ચકાસણી ‘ડોમિસાઈલ સર્ટિફિકેટ વેરિફિકેશન કમિટી’ દ્વારા કરાવી લીધેલ હોય, તો સ્કેન કરેલ (૧) ચકાસેલ ‘ડોમિસાઈલ સર્ટિફિકેટ' અને (૨) ACPUGMEC ની એકનોલેજમેન્ટ સ્લીપ, medadmgujarat2018@gmail.com પર ઈ-મેઈલ દ્વારા, તા. 27/07/2018, સાંજે 4.00 વાગ્યા સુધી મોકલવાની રહેશે. અન્યથા તેમનો પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડનો પ્રવેશ / ફાળવણી રદ કરવામાં આવશે અને આ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ACPUGMEC ની આગળની પ્રવેશની પ્રક્રિયામાંથી બાકાત (મેરિટ-લિસ્ટ માંથી બાકાત) કરવામાં આવશે.]
