૧. ઉમેદવારો, જેમને નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટ દ્વારા SCA 19485/2023માં તારીખ 30/11/2023 ના રોજ તેમજ SCA 20735/2023માં, તારીખ 08/12/2023 ના રોજ આપેલ ઓર્ડર અનુસાર દસમા ઓનલાઈન રાઉન્ડમાં BAMS/BHMS ની બેઠકો ફાળવવામાં આવી છે અને નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ચૂકવી, હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર અસલ દસ્તાવેજો સબમિટ કરીને હેલ્પ સેન્ટરમાંથી એડમિશન ઓર્ડર લઈ પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવીને પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ સંસ્થામાં અભ્યાસ કરે છે તેમનો પ્રવેશ માન્ય કરવામાં આવે છે. એવા ઉમેદવારોને પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ સંસ્થામાં અભ્યાસ ચાલુ રાખવાનો રહેશે.

Candidates, who have been allotted BAMS/BHMS seats in the tenth online round as per order passed by the Hon'ble Gujarat High Court in SCA 19485/2023 dated 30/11/2023 and in SCA 20735/2023 dated 08/12/2023 and paid the prescribed tuition fee, submitting the original documents at the help centre and taking the admission order from the help centre and confirming the admission to study in the admitted institution, their admission is approved. ૨. ઉમેદવારો, જેમને નામદાર ગુજરાત હાઈકોર્ટ દ્વારા SCA 19485/2023માં તારીખ 30/11/2023 ના રોજ તેમજ SCA 20735/2023માં, તારીખ 08/12/2023 ના રોજ આપેલ ઓર્ડર અનુસાર દસમા ઓનલાઈન રાઉન્ડમાં BAMS/BHMS ની બેઠકો ફાળવવામાં આવી છે તેવા ઉમેદવારો નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ચૂકવીને તેમના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો એડમીશન કમિટી દ્વારા માન્ય કરેલ હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર જમા કરાવ્યા પછી હેલ્પ સેન્ટરમાંથી એડમીશન ઓર્ડર લઈ તેમનો પ્રવેશની કન્ફર્મ કરવા માગતા હોય, તો તેઓ ટ્યુશન ફી પેમેંટ અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટરપર રિપોર્ટિંગ માટેની નીચે મુજબની જાહેરાત અનુસાર પ્રક્રિયા કરવાની રહેશે.

• 2. દસમા ઓનલાઈન રાઉન્ડ ફોર વેકેન્ટ સીટ માં નવમા રાઉન્ડ સુધીમા પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ (એડમીટેડ) તેમજ નવમા રાઉન્ડમા નોન-રીપોર્ટેડ એટલે કે જે ઉમેદવારોને સીટ એલોટ થઇ હોય અને ત્યાર બાદ તેઓ દ્વારા કોલેજની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરેલ નથી અને પ્રવેશ સમિતિના હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવેલ નથી એટલે કે પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ નથી આવા ઉમેદવારો લાયકાત ધરાવતા નથી.

ખાસ સુચના [Important information]
જે ઉમેદવારોએ અગાઉ BAMS / BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમોમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવ્યો હોય તેઓ તા.૧૬/૧૧/૨૦૨૩ થી ૧૮/૧૧/૨૦૨૩ સુધી સાંજે ૪.૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધી તેમનો પ્રવેશ રદ કરાવી શકે છે. તમામ વાલીઓ અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેની નોંધ લેવી. [Candidates who have been previously admitted in BAMS/ BHMS Courses can get their admission cancelled from dated 16/11/2023 to 18/11/2023 till 4.00 pm. All parents and students should take note of this.]

• The Admission Committee informs that the Refundable Security Deposit of Rs.10,000/- of the candidates admitted to MBBS/BDS course has been deposited in the same account from which payment of the PIN purchase was done. Candidates listed below who have not deposited this amount will now have to provide their bank account details. For information about which candidates are instructed to visit the website regularly.

• આથી પ્રવેશ સમિતિ જણાવે છે કે, શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ માટે BAMS/BHMS સ્નાતક અભ્યાસક્રમમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો પ્રવેશ ૦૪/૧૧/૨૦૨૩ બપોરે ૦૧.૦૦ કલાક સુધી રદ્દ કરી આપવામાં આવશે. ત્યારબાદ કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા પ્રવેશ રદ કરવામાં આવશે નહિ, જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને વાલીઓ એ નોંધ લેવી.
  
  Hence the Admission Committee informs that the admission of the students admitted to BAMS/BHMS Undergraduate Course for the academic year 2023-24 will be canceled upto 01.00 pm on 04/11/2023. After that, admission will not be canceled by the admission committee under any circumstances, which every student and parents should take note of.

To participate in this round, the candidate has to give “ONLINE CONSENT” from his log in and fill the new choices again. All the old filled choices of the candidate have been cancelled & removed. In this round, if a candidate is allotted a MBBS/BDS course & does not confirm admission, he/she will not be eligible to participate in the next rounds of BAMS/BHMS. If any seat of MBBS/BDS course remains vacant in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round, Extended 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round will be conducted by the Admission Committee.
• The candidates who have been allotted MBBS/BDS courses seats in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round & they have not confirmed their admission (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC), their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and the candidate will not be eligible to participate in Extended 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round if conducted by the Admission Committee for MBBS/BDS course. Such candidate will not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds of BAMS & BHMS courses.
• Candidates who have been allotted seats of MBBS/BDS courses in 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round & they have confirmed their admission (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC). These candidates will not be eligible to participate in the Extended 4th Online Stray Vacancy Round if conducted by the Admission Committee for MBBS/BDS courses. And for the remaining seats if any, if Extended 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be scheduled, in this round only those candidates who have filled their choices after giving “Online Consent” will be considered eligible for the remaining seats.

• ચોથા ઓનલાઈન સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ માટે નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન એવા ઉમેદવારો માટે છે કે જેઓએ રાઉન્ડ ૦૧ અથવા રાઉન્ડ ૦૨ અથવા રાઉન્ડ ૦૩ માં રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવેલ નથી. અથવા રાઉન્ડ ૦૨ માં સીટ એલોટમેન્ટ થયા બાદ પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ “ના” કરાવેલ હોય (રીફંડેબલ સિક્યોરીટી ડિપોઝિટ ફોરફીટ સાથે એક્ઝીટ કરેલ) તથા રાઉન્ડ ૦૩ માં નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન “ના” કરાવેલ હોય, ફક્ત તેવા જ ઉમેદવારો પ્રવેશ સમિતિ ની વેબસાઈટ પરથી રૂ.૧૧,૦૦૦/- ચૂકવીને ઓનલાઈન PIN ખરીદીને નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરી શકશે.
• જે ઉમેદવારોને રાઉન્ડ-૦3 માં BAMS/BHMS ની સીટ ફાળવવામાં આવી હતી અને જેઓએ પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે/ પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ નથી. (દા.ત. જરૂરી ટ્યુશન ફી ની ચુકવણી કરીને અને ACPUGMEC ના હેલ્પ સેન્ટરમાં અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવીને હેલ્પ સેન્ટરમાંથી એડમિશન ઓર્ડર મેળવવો), તે તમામ ઉમેદવારો પણ ચોથા ઓનલાઈન સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ માટે MBBS/BDS ના કાઉન્સેલિંગમાં પોતાના જૂના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન સાથે નવી ચોઈસ ભરી શકશે. તેઓ એ ચોથા ઓનલાઈન સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી રાઉન્ડ માં નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાની જરૂર નથી.
• જે ઉમેદવારો જુલાઈ ૨૦૨૩ માં ધો.૧૨ પાસ કરેલ છે, તેઓ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રીયા માં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક રહેશે નહીં. આવા ઉમેદવારો એ નવો ઓનલાઈન PIN ખરીદવો નહીં તથા રીફંડેબલ સિક્યોરિટી ડિપોઝિટ ભરવી નહી.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat of MBBS/BDS courses up to Round 03 & have confirmed their admission (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC). They will not be allowed to participate in any subsequent round of All India Quota/ State Quota counselling for MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS courses. And their admission will not be cancelled under any circumstances. And they will not be able to do a new registration in the 4th stray online vacancy round.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat of MBBS/BDS courses & not confirmed their admission in Round-03 (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have not confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC) and exited with forfeiture of Refundable security deposit, they are not eligible to participate in 4th Stray Vacancy Online Round. They will not be eligible to do fresh registration also in 4th Stray Vacancy Online Round.
• Candidates who have purchased Online PIN by paying Rs.11,000/- in Round 01 or Round 02 or Round 03 and have not done Online Registration/Documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Center after completing online registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They have to do online Registration & upload required documents only. No need to do Documents Verification and Submission of photocopies of Documents at Help Center.
• Candidates who registered for Round-01 or Round-02 or Round-03 and did not get any seat allotted up to Round-02 are not required to register again in 4th Stray Vacancy Online Round. They can do choice filling in 4th Stray Vacancy Online Round with their older registration.
• In 4th Stray Vacancy Online Round, only those candidates can do fresh registration, who have not Registered in Round 01 or Round 02 or Round 03 OR who have been allotted a seat in Round 02 but their admission have not been confirmed (Exited with forfeiture of refundable security deposit) and have not Registered in Round 03. Only these candidates can do fresh registration after purchasing Online PIN by paying Rs.11,000/- from admission committee website.
• Candidates who were allotted seats of BAMS/BHMS in Round-03 and who have confirmed their admission/ have not confirmed their admission. (e.g. obtaining admission order from help center by paying requisite tuition fee and depositing original certificates at help center of ACPUGMEC), all those candidates do not need to do fresh registration in the 4th Stray vacancy online round. They can also fill new choices with their older registration in MBBS/BDS counseling for 4th Stray vacancy online round.
• Candidates who have passed Std.12th in July 2023 will not be eligible to participate in the admission process of state quota for the academic year 2023-24. Such candidates are instructed not to purchase new online PIN & not to pay Refundable Security Deposit.

• જે ઉમેદવારોને રાઉન્ડ-03 માં સીટ એલોટ થઇ હોય અને ત્યાર બાદ MBBS/BDS કોલેજની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરેલ નથી અને પ્રવેશ સમિતિના હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવેલ નથી એટલે કે પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ નથી, તેઓની રીફંડેબલ સિક્યોરિટી ડિપોઝિટ જપ્ત (ફોરફીટ) કરવામાં આવશે, અને આ ઉમેદવાર હવે પછીના MBBS તથા BDS ના કોઈ પણ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક રહેશે નહી. આવા ઉમેદવારો BAMS તથા BHMS ના હવે પછીના રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવીને ભાગ લઇ શકશે. (જેની PIN ફી રૂ. ૧૦૦૦/- રૂ. એક હજાર પૂરા રહેશે.)
• જે ઉમેદવારોને રાઉન્ડ-03 માં સીટ એલોટ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. અને ત્યારબાદ તેઓ ધ્વારા MBBS/BDS કોર્સની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરી અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવી એડમીશન ઓર્ડર મેળવી પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. તેઓને હવે પછીના ઓલ ઇન્ડિયા/સ્ટેટ ક્વોટા કાઉન્સેલિંગના આગળના MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS ના કોઈ પણ રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા દેવામાં આવશે નહિ. અને તેઓનો પ્રવેશ કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં રદ કરી આપવામાં આવેશે નહિ.
• રાઉન્ડ-02 માં MBBS/BDS કોર્સીસ માં રીપોર્ટેડ ઉમેદવારો એટલે કે પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે અને જેઓ રાઉન્ડ-03 માં અપગ્રેડ થતા નથી તેઓનો પ્રવેશ કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં રદ કરી આપવામાં આવશે નહિ તથા તેઓને હવે પછીના આગળના MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS ના રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા દેવામાં આવશે નહિ.

Eleven Thousand only) as per the time table declared by the Admission Committee of Round-03. They have to verify the original certificates at the help center and submit the copies of the certificates.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round-01 or Round-02 and who have confirmed their admission. (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC) and at the end of round-02 they have confirmed admission order. They can participate in Round-03 with their old registration. They have to fill choices within stipulated time table declared by the admission committee in Round-03.

• Fresh New Registration for Round-03 is for those candidates who have not registered in Round-01 or Round-02.
• Candidates who have purchased Online PIN by paying Rs.11,000/- in Round 01 or Round-02 and have not done Online Registration/ Documents verification & not submitted photocopies of documents at the Help Center after completing online registration, need not purchase online PIN again. They only have to do documents verification & submit photocopies of documents at the Help Center only.
• Candidates who have been allotted a seat & not confirmed their admission in Round-02 (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have not confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have not taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC) and exited with forfeiture of Refundable security deposit, can register again in Round-03 if they want to participate in it by purchasing a new PIN after paying Non Refundable Registration PIN fees & Refundable security deposit, and get documents verified at the help center.
• Candidates who registered for Round-01 or Round-02 and did not get any seat allotted up to Round-02 are not required to register again in Round-03.
• Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round-01 or Round-02 and who have confirmed their admission. (E.g. after paying the prescribed tuition fees through designated bank & have confirmed their admission after submission of Original Documents at Help center and have taken admission order from Help center of ACPUGMEC) and at the end of round-02 they have confirmed admission order. They can participate in Round-03 with their old registration. They have to fill choices within stipulated time table declared by the admission committee in Round-03.

• આથી શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ:૨૦૨૩-૨૪ ના પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ માં MBBS અને BDS કોર્સમાં પ્રવેશ મેળવેલ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને જાણ કરવામાં આવે છે કે, પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રીયા દરમ્યાન CEO શ્રી, GMERS સોસાયટી, ગાંધીનગર ના તા.૨૦/૦૭/૨૦૨૩ નાં પત્ર ક્રમાંક:પરચ/સેલ્ફ. ફાય./મેનેજમેન્ટ/પ્રવેશ/ફી/૨૦૨૩-૨૪/ડ-૪/૨૩ થી GMERS મેડીકલ કોલેજોની નવી ટ્યુશન ફી નક્કી કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. જે અન્વયે ગવર્મેન્ટ ક્વોટાની ટ્યુશન ફી રૂ. ૫.૫૦ લાખ, મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટાની ફી રૂ. ૧૭.૦૦ લાખ તથા NRI ક્વોટા ની ૨૫,૦૦૦/- US Dollar નકકી કરવામાં આવેલ હતી. પરતું આજ રોજ તા. ૦૮/૦૮/૨૦૨૩ ના રોજ સરકાર શ્રી માં થયેલ મીટીંગ અને CEO, GMRES સોસાયટી, ગાંધીનગર નાં આજ રોજ તા.૦૮/૦૮/૨૦૨૩ ના પત્ર ક્રમાંક:પરચ/સેલ્ફ. ફાય./મેનેજમેન્ટ/પ્રવેશ/ફી/૨૦૨૩-૨૪/ડ-૪/૨૩ થી તેઓની ટ્યુશન ફી નો વધારો પરત ખેંચવામાં આવેલ છે. અને આ પત્ર મુજબ GMERS મેડીકલ કોલેજોની ગવર્મેન્ટ ક્વોટાની ટ્યુશન ફી રૂ. ૩.૩૦ લાખ, મેનેજમેન્ટ ક્વોટા ની ફી રૂ. ૯,૦૭,૫૦૦/- તથા NRI ક્વોટા ની ૨૨,૦૦૦/- US Dollar રાખવા જણાવેલ છે. જેથી પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડની તમામ પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રીયા રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. અને નવેસરથી પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડની ચોઈસ ફીલિંગ ચાલુ કરવામાં આવશે, જેનો વિગતવાર કાર્યક્રમ પ્રવેશ સમિતિની વેબસાઈટ પર મૂકવામાં આવશે. જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ટ્યુશન ફી ભરેલ છે અને અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો હેલ્પ સેન્ટર પર જમા કરાવીને એડમિશન કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે. તેમજ એડમિશન ઓર્ડર મેળવેલ છે. અથવા તો ફક્ત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરેલ છે, તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના એડમિશન પણ તાત્કાલિક અસરથી રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ભરેલી ફી હવે પછી યોજાનાર રાઉન્ડમાં મજરે આપવામાં આવશે. જેની દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી અને વાલી એ નોંધ લેવી.
• જે ઉમેદવારોએ પ્રવેશ સમિતિના પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ માં MBBS અને BDS કોર્સ માં પ્રવેશ માટે જરૂરી ટ્યુશન ફી ભરી હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવી પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવેલ છે. જો તેઓ પોતાના અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો પરત મેળવવા ઈચ્છતા હોય તો તે ઉમેદવાર (૧) પોતાની અરજી (૨) ફોટો આઈડી ની નકલ અને (૩) અસલ એડમીશન ઓર્ડર હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે આપી અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો પરત મેળવી શકશે.

All the GMERS Medical Colleges and Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhuj does not have Management quota seats but have NRI seats. So vacant NRI seats of these institutes will be filled as Management quota seats with Management quota fees by ACPUGMEC

• ૧. તમામ આયુર્વેદ અને હોમિયોપેથી સ્નાતક કોલેજો માટે ચોઈસ ફિલિંગ સુવિધા અને સીટ મેટ્રિક્સ ઉપલબ્ધ છે, પરંતુ સીટ ફાળવણીના નિયત સમય પહેલા જે કોલેજને નેશનલ કમિશન ફોર ઈન્ડિયન સિસ્ટમ ઓફ મેડિસિન (NCISM)/ નેશનલ કમિશન ફોર હોમિયોપેથી (NCH), આયુષ મંત્રાલય, નવી દિલ્હી દ્વારા પરમીશન તેમજ યુનિવર્સિટીનું એફીલીએશન મળશે, તો જ સીટ ફાળવણી કરવામાં આવશે.

ગુજરાત રાજ્યના સ્નાતક કક્ષાની મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, આયુર્વેદ તથા હોમીયોપેથી અભ્યાસક્રમો માટે શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ: ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ માં પ્રવેશ અંતર્ગત PwD કેટેગરીમાં અરજી કરેલી હોય અને જેઓ તા.૨૬/૦૭/૨૦૨૩ તથા તા.૨૭/૦૭/૨૦૨૩ દરમ્યાન રાખેલ મેડીકલ બોર્ડમાં તપાસ થયેલ હોય તેઓનું મેડીકલ બોર્ડનું પરીણામ આજ રોજ જાહેર કરેલ છે જે નીચે મુજબ છે. વધુમાં જણાવવાનું કે જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ મેડીકલ બોર્ડ દ્વારા અયોગ્ય જાહેર કરેલ હોય એટલે કે મેડીકલ પ્રવેશ માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા નથી (Not Eligible for Medical Course) અથવા PwD કેટેગરીમાં મેડીકલ પ્રવેશ માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા નથી (Eligible for Medical Course, Not Eligible for PwD Quota) તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે અપીલ મેડીકલ બોર્ડની વ્યવસ્થા નીચે મુજબ ની તારીખ અને સ્થળે અને રાખેલ છે. આથી અપીલ મેડીકલ બોર્ડમાં હાજર રહેવા ઈચ્છુક હોય તેવા તમામ વિધાર્થીઓ નીચે દર્શાવેલ તારીખ અને સ્થળે આવવાનું રહેશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાનું વિકલાંગતાનું અસલ પ્રમાણપત્ર, જુના તમામ રીપોર્ટ તથા એક્ષ્ર-રે સાથે લાવવાના રહેશે.

• Report of Person with Disability (PwD) Candidates - Undergraduate (UG) Medical Board 2023-24

ગુજરાત રાજ્યના સ્નાતક કક્ષાના મેડીકલ, ડેન્ટલ, આયુર્વેદ તથા હોમિયોપેથી અભ્યાસક્રમમાં શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ પ્રવેશ અંતર્ગત PwD કેટેગરીમાં અરજી કરેલી હોય અને PwD ના જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો અપલોડ કરેલ હોય તેવા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે મેડિકલ પ્રવેશ માટેનું મેડીકલ બોર્ડ નીચેના સ્થળે રાખેલ છે. આથી યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરેલ તમામ વિધાર્થીઓએ પોતાનું વિકલાંગતાનું અસલ પ્રમાણપત્ર, જુના તમામ રીપોર્ટ તથા એક્ષ્ર-રે સાથે લાવવાના રહેશે.

જે ઉમેદવારો (૧) ધોરણ: ૧૨ ની વિજ્ઞાન પ્રવાહની પરીક્ષા (B/AB ગ્રુપ સાથે) ગુજરાત રાજ્ય બહાર ભારતની કોઈપણ શાળામાંથી ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ હોય, અને/અથવા (૨) ધોરણ: ૧૦ ની પરીક્ષા ગુજરાત રાજ્ય બહાર ભારતની કોઈપણ શાળામાંથી ઉત્તીર્ણ થયેલ હોય, અને/અથવા (૩) જન્મ ગુજરાત રાજ્ય બહાર ભારતના કોઈ પણ રાજ્ય માં થયેલ હોય/ ગુજરાત રાજ્યના ડોમીસાઈલ “ના” ધરાવતા હોય અને (૪) NEET-UG ૨૦૨૩ ની પરીક્ષામાં ક્વોલિફાઈડ હોય તથા આયુષ મંત્રાલય, ભારત સરકાર અને સંબંધિત કાઉન્સિલ ના પ્રવેશ નિયમો અનુસાર પાત્ર હોય તેવા તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ BAMS અને BHMS અભ્યાસક્રમો ની સેલ્ફ-ફાઈનાન્સ સંસ્થાઓમાં ૧૫% ઓલ ઇન્ડિયા ક્વોટા બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશ માટે ઓનલાઇન રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને ડોકયુમેન્ટસ વેરિફિકેશન કરાવી શકશે.

• MBBS, BDS, BAMS & BHMS કોર્સીસમાં દરેક સરકારી અને ગ્રાન્ટ ઇન એઇડ સંસ્થાઓની ગવર્મેન્ટ ક્વોટા (GQ) ની ૮૫% બેઠકોમાં તથા સ્વનિર્ભર સંસ્થાઓની ગવર્મેન્ટ ક્વોટા (GQ) ની ૭૫% બેઠકો માં ૧૦% બેઠકો આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગો (EWS) માટે અનામત રાખવામાં આવશે.
• અનામત કેટેગરીના તમામ ઉમેદવારોને અનામત બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશ આપ્યા પછી, અનામત કેટેગરીની ખાલી રહેતી બેઠકો બિન અનામત શ્રેણીની બેઠકોમાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાપાત્ર હોય છે. આ પ્રક્રીયા બીજા રાઉન્ડ પછી જ કરવામાં આવશે. દા.ત. NRI કવોટા થી Managemant ક્વોટા તથા SC, ST, SEBC, EWS થી General (Open) કેટેગરી અને PwD થી જે તે કેટેગરીમાં.
• આ વર્ષથી ક્લોઝરનો નિયમ રદ કરવામાં આવે છે. (અગાઉના રાઉન્ડમાં આપે ચોઈસ ભરી હોય કે ન ભરી હોય ક્લોઝરના નિયમ મુજબ અગાઉના રાઉન્ડમાં પ્રવેશ મળવાપાત્ર સંસ્થાઓમાં પછી નાં રાઉન્ડમાં પ્રવેશ ફાળવવામાં આવતો “ન” હતો, હવેથી અગાઉ મળવાપાત્ર સંસ્થાઓમાં પણ પ્રવેશ ફાળવવામાં આવશે.)
• Office of the MCC, DGHS, New Delhi અને આરોગ્ય મંત્રાલય, નવી દિલ્હીની સૂચના મુજબ સ્ટેટ કાઉન્સેલિંગના કુલ ચાર રાઉન્ડ થશે.
• કેન્સેલેશન નાં નિયમમાં સુધારો કરવામાં આવેલ છે. ઉમેદવારનો પ્રવેશ રદ માત્ર એડમીશન કમીટી દ્વારા જ નિર્ધારીત સમય મર્યાદામાં જ કરવામાં આવશે.

શૈક્ષાણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩-૨૪ માટે ની પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયા ટૂંક સમય માં ચાલુ થશે
