• ગુજરાત રાજ્ય માં MBBS, BDS સ્નાતક અભ્યાસક્રમની કુલ ૯૦ સીટો ખાલી રહેલ છે. જેમાં MBBS કોર્ષની ૫૭ અને BDS કોર્ષની ૩૩ સીટો છે. આ મૂલ્યવાન સીટો ખાલી ન રહે તે માટે સ્પેશિયલ સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડ MCC ના આપેલ સમયપત્રક મુજબ કરવામાં આવશે.

• પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ યુઝર આઇડી અને પાસવર્ડની મદદથી લોગ-ઇન કર્યા પછી રૂપિયા ૩,૦૦,૦૦૦ (ત્રણ લાખ) નો ડિપોઝિટ ચલણ ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે.

• આવા પાત્ર વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રૂપિયા ૩,૦૦,૦૦૦ (ત્રણ લાખ પૂરા) વેબસાઇટ પર ઉપલબ્ધ ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે અથવા રોકડ રકમ અથવા ડીમાન્ડ ડ્રાફ્ટ “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar ના નામનો કમિટી દ્વારા અધિકૃત HDFC બેન્કની શાખાઓમાં તારીખ: ૨૨/૧૨/૨૦૨૫, બપોરે ૦૩:૩૦ કલાક સુધી જમા કરવાના રહેશે. • પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા સ્પેશિયલ સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે ઉમેદવારે પોતાના લોગ ઇન માંથી કન્સેન્ટ આપી નવેસરથી ઉપરોકત સીટો માટે ચોઈસ ફિલિંગ કરવાની રહેશે. ઉમેદવારની જૂની તમામ ભરેલ ચોઈસ રદ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. જો સ્પેશિયલ સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડમાં BDS કોર્ષની કોઈ સીટ ખાલી રહેશે તો પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા પાંચમા ઓનલાઈન સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડ કરવામાં આવશે.

• જે ઉમેદવારોને સ્પેશિયલ સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડમાં સીટો ફાળવવામાં આવશે તેઓએ સમયપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ નિયત સમયમાં ટયુશન ફીની ચૂકવણી કર્યા બાદ એપોઇન્ટમેન્ટ લીધેલ હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવીને એડમીશન ઓર્ડર મેળવીને ફાળવેલ સંસ્થામાં હાજર થવાનું રહેશે.

• જે ઉમેદવારો સ્પેશિયલ સ્ટ્રે રાઉન્ડમાં એલોટ થયેલ બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવતા નથી તેમની રિફંડપાત્ર સિક્યોરિટી ડિપોઝિટ રૂપિયા ૩,૦૦,૦૦૦ (ત્રણ લાખ) + રૂપિયા ૧૦,૦૦૦ (દસ હજાર) જપ્ત કરવામાં આવશે.

• In the state of Gujarat, a total of 90 seats are vacant in the MBBS and BDS undergraduate courses, including 57 MBBS seats and 33 BDS seats. To ensure that these valuable seats do not remain vacant, an Special Stray Round will be conducted as per the schedule given by the MCC.

• Eligible students, after logging in using their user ID and password, will be able to download a challan for a deposit of ₹3,00,000 (three lakh).

• Such eligible students must deposit ₹3,00,000 (three lakh only) through the online payment gateway available on the website, or by cash, or by demand draft in favor of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar, at the committee-authorized HDFC Bank branches on or before 22/12/2025 up to 03:30 PM. (The list of authorized bank branches is available on www.medadmgujarat.org.)

• To participate in the Special Stray Round, the candidate must give consent through their login and re-fill choices afresh. All previously filled choices are cancelled. If any BDS seats remain vacant, a fifth online Stray Round will be conducted.

• Candidates allotted seats must pay tuition fees within the stipulated time, submit original documents at the appointed help center, obtain the admission order, and report to the allotted institution.

• Candidates who do not confirm admission in the Special Stray Round will forfeit their refundable security deposit of ₹3,00,000 (three lakh) plus ₹10,000 (ten thousand).

  જે ઉમેદવારોને પાંચમાં ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં BDS કોર્સીસ ની સીટ એલોટ કરવામાં આવેલ છે, અને ત્યારબાદ તેઓ ધ્વારા કોલેજની નિયત ટ્યુશન ફી ભરી અને હેલ્પ સેન્ટર ખાતે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રો જમા કરાવી એડમીશન ઓર્ડર મેળવી પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરવામાં આવેલ છે. આ ઉમેદવારો BDS કોર્સ માટે જો પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા એક્ષટેન્ડેડ છઠ્ઠા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ યોજવામાં આવે તો તેમાં ભાગ લેવા માટે લાયક રહેશે નહી. અને બાકી રહેલ ઉમેદવારો પાંચમાં ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડમાં ઓનલાઈન કન્સેન્ટ આપી ચોઈસ ભરેલ હશે, તેવા ઉમેદવારોને જ બાકી રહેલ સીટો માટે લાયક ગણવામાં આવશે.
  
  છઠ્ઠા ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં પ્રવેશ સમિતિ દ્વારા નવું રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અથવા નવી ચોઈસ ભરવા દેવામાં આવશે નહીં. ઉમેદવારની પાંચમાં ઓનલાઈન (સ્ટ્રે વેકેન્સી) રાઉન્ડ માં ભરેલ ચોઈસને જ ધ્યાને લઇ તે મુજબ જ ઓનલાઇન એલોટમેન્ટ કરી પ્રવેશ આપવામાં આવશે.

  
  

  Note: As per the above announcement by the Admission Committee, the choice-filling for the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round has been started. To participate in this round, the candidate has to give “ONLINE CONSENT” from his log in and fill the new choices again for above vacant seat. All the old filled choices of the candidate have been cancelled & removed. If any BDS course seats remain vacant in the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, the Admission Committee will conduct the Sixth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round.
  
  Candidates who are allotted a BDS seat in the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round but do not pay the prescribed tuition fees of the college and do not submit the original documents at the Admission Committee’s Help Centre, meaning their admission is not confirmed — their refundable security deposit will be forfeited, and such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the Sixth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round for BDS courses, if conducted.
  
  Candidates who are allotted a BDS seat in the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, and after that pay the prescribed tuition fees and submit their original documents at the Help Centre, obtain the admission order, and get their admission confirmed — such candidates will not be eligible to participate in the Extended Sixth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round for BDS courses, if conducted. Only the remaining candidates who have provided online consent and filled choices in the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be considered eligible for the remaining seats.
  
  In the Sixth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, no new registration or new choice filling will be allowed by the Admission Committee. Only the choices filled in the Fifth Online (Stray Vacancy) Round will be considered, and the online allotment and admission will be done accordingly.

Important Note:

• The date of allotment for the AIQ UG Medical/Dental Fourth Stray Vacancy Round by MCC is 12/11/2025. Since the candidates allotted seats in the AIQ UG Medical/Dental Fourth Stray Vacancy Round will be weeded out from the State Counseling 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round, the Gujarat State Admission Committee can carry out the UG Medical/Dental 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round allotment only after receiving the weed-out list from MCC, New Delhi, following the completion of the AIQ allotment.
• Therefore, students who have registered for both UG MBBS/BDS and UG BAMS/BHMS using the same user ID, and who are participating in both the UG MBBS/BDS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round and UG BAMS/BHMS 4th Online (Stray Vacancy) Round counseling, are hereby informed that:

• અનામત કેટેગરીના તમામ ઉમેદવારોને અનામત બેઠકો પર પ્રવેશ આપ્યા પછી, અનામત કેટેગરીની ખાલી રહેતી બેઠકો બિન અનામત શ્રેણીની બેઠકોમાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરવાપાત્ર હોય છે. આ પ્રક્રીયા બીજા રાઉન્ડ દરમીયાન કરવામાં આવશે. દા.ત.
